More smiles, one basket at a time.
Caring Hearts Collective was founded to bring comfort, joy, and brighter moments to children during hospital stays.
From a shared idea to a meaningful mission
Caring Hearts Collective was founded by Violet Huynh and Annabella Mendez, students at Memorial High School in Houston, Texas. Since our freshman year, we have been working together to create a meaningful way to support children during hospital stays.
We believe that small acts of kindness can make a meaningful difference. Through care baskets filled with fun, thoughtful supplies, we hope to bring comfort, joy, and brighter moments to young patients and their families.
What began as a shared idea between two friends has grown into a mission to give back to our community and remind every child that they are cared for, supported, and not alone.
What Guides Our Work
Bringing joy
Hospital stays can be long and stressful. We want each care basket to include something fun that gives children a reason to smile.
Choosing with care
We focus on supplies that are thoughtful, age-appropriate, and suitable for hospital settings.
Working together
Caring Hearts Collective is possible because of the support of our friends, families, donors, and community partners. Every contribution helps us create brighter moments for children and their families.
